FI(H) – Flight Instructor Course

The Flight Instructor (Helicopter) – FI(H) course is intended for experienced helicopter pilots who wish to become certified flight instructors. The programme prepares candidates to deliver both theoretical and practical flight instruction in accordance with EASA requirements.

The course focuses on instructional techniques, lesson planning, student assessment, briefing and debriefing skills, and further development of the candidate's flying abilities.

Course programme

• —theoretical instructor training in accordance with the approved FI(H) syllabus
• —30 hours of practical instructor training
• —preparation for the Flight Instructor competency assessment
